How to unlock locked honor level?
My honor used to be level 2. Then I said something toxic to my teammates and got a 10 game chat restrictions. After that my honor level is locked. Is there anyway to unlock the "locked honor level?" Thanks.

Just play games and show good behavior. It'll eventually unlock, and then you'll be able to re-earn honor.
Honor is a product of PC culture.Lord forbid someone get their feelings hurt while playing a GAME. The coding of the automated honor system is absolutely terrible. I bet a mediocre coder could create a system 10x better than the current one in less than a week.
Honors will unlock when you've proven to the system that you are showing reform.
Play many games with a neutral or positive behavior and the system will release when it recognizes your behavior has improved.
It takes day and a half of frequent playing to unlock it, because by the time you do that many games you'll collect enough honor to unlock it again. Want to make those 36 hours past even faster? Don't think about it and focus on having fun playing champions you love during tst period of time. Amd no, I meant 36 hours straight metaphorically, of course you need to sleep too ya silly!
you can try this.... don't be dishonorable? don't type to people. just use pings. don't spam pings. don't troll or int.
Play a ton of games and get and give honours until it suddenly lifts.

this is really weird to me... i unlocked my honor in less than 1 week, yet it took me 4 months to get back to h2. hmm
spam aram games or modes that take less time and dont talk.
After 1-2 week of good behaviors, the honor level was unlocked :D
Don't worry about honor. You can just by loot boxes for yo loots! (You'll have better luck fisting yourself than getting out of a rut playing League at this point)
I like how you can play for months gaining honor, then riot decides to put a cat and a dog in a cage. Then proceeds to judge them for the next 2-3 months over a fight they essentially created. Are we playing this game for fun or are we lab rats? You decide~
Got my 10 matches chat ban 3 days ago. I was careful not to get this shit before season ends so I got all "rewards" ( silver border and some useless garbage - ugly Twitch skin, some key fragments and ugly ward skin. If you flame do it quick and in one - two sentences. Dont type too much. I got penalty because chatroom is logged too - pre and post match, did not know that. Was toxic AF, no problem to admit that, I would do it without problem again, I just do not want to have my account suspended. I have problem accepting, that some idiots from " playersbehavious department " or how are this clowns called invented an "automated system" to " improve my behaviour ". Thats cute. Everything I do is in perfect harmony with my consciousness. I am not 20, nor 30 to be dictated, how should I behave in a retarded videogame with the most tragic and brain dead community I ever experienced. I played many years games like Planetside 2 ( best and most intelligent people there) , Battlefield 3 etc. but this pile of garbage calling " lol community " is some real disaster. Recipe for all snowflakes : Mute all is there, no one is forcing you to read flaming. System should aim on scum who is feededing, whining, trolling and leaving games. Not on people flaming. When I tell to a retard which is 0/7 in 10 minutes in my promo to go fist his mother and play bot games or Solitaire, I do not deserve a ban . He does. Because he destroyes on purpose the result, grind and effort of the whole team. These days is my honor locked too so in games I am muting all. I do not really care, Honor system suck ass anyway and the rewards are laughable and not worth a penny.
huh my honor locked because two guys who was 2-10 and2-15 reported me. Feels sad and unfair all the time.
