I have been Permabanned without being reported

So there's no chat logs of what I did, I haven't played League in literal years at this point. I decide to come back to the game, I did the password recovery & everything to get access back to my account. I download the game, I update everything, I have my new password & old username I go to sign in.

I get "Account Suspended" This account has been suspended permanently. I go to the link, I click on the Chat Logs option to see "Maybe someone else was using my account, they were flaming, it'll at least give me an idea of what happened!"

Just a vacant space, there's no message on what I did, no message about my actions, I've NEVER been banned or suspended before playing, I don't even talk in chat 90% of the time because I use discord.

Can anyone help me out with this?

since when do chatlogs tell you how many times you've been reported?

write a support ticket. if someone else used your acc, (apparently) chances are good to get it back

We've seen a few case of empty chatlogs; those are typically related to extreme harassments in DMs.

That's usually the message that pops up for a "Shield Ban". Basically they locked the account (Not banned, just locked) because they caught what looks like suspicious activity. Probably from you doing the password reset after so long. Is it a new computer, or did you move since you've last played? Those would probably raise some red flags.

Like others have said, support ticket is the way to go. You'll just most likely have to prove you're the original creator/owner of the account and they will unlock it once you do.

It's totally deserved, get banned!
