I've gotten 3 today and it makes me feel a lot better knowing these people are actually being punished. 2 of them were from 1 game where my top and jungle were in a shouting match.
Please let everyone see when a report issues a penalty and show us who it was, thank you.
I think the system should be better about letting you know when your reports have an impact, but I do not think you should know exactly when they have or exactly who you have had an impact on.
Personally, I would be interested in seeing an update received every other week that lets you know how many times a report that you filed was deemed valid and contributed towards advancing a players punishment. This would not let you know specifically who or specifically what punishment was given, but it would let you know that your reports were valid and contributed to a potential punishment

I'm confused how you could know that two Instant Feedback Reports were from one game. Unless you only reported three people, with two of them being in that one match, I'm skeptical that you'd even get multiple IFR's from one match, let alone know that you did.

There's a fine balance between giving feedback and giving too much feedback. You don't want to incentivize reporting people, because the point of the game is to focus on yourself and move on from bad matches. Focusing on the punishments of others is not a good use of anyone's time. Report, move on. Riot is also never, ever going to give out information regarding another person's account - including who has been punished and why.
IFS is shit and they know it.If you want to report players for real u need to send ticket to riot support... Do not expect IFS message from after game report .After game report have effect in maybe 5 percent of reports.System is bad and they know it. But they want to hide using all possible ways including open lies...
