This needs to stop Riot Games

Ok so last night I decided to play a league game and, unfortunately, got put in a game with a toxic ziggs. I kept communicating with my team and even told the enemy team to report the ziggs for being toxic. We ended up winning the game and this morning I log back into my account to see I have a 10 game chat restriction. Riot Games, please, tell me why in the world I was chat restricted. I never flamed, was telling the team what to do, and just communicating. Yes I banned Ezreal when my ADC was hovering but that's just because I always ban him. You may always ban Ezreal, but in chat you made it sound like you banned him to spite your teammate. You constantly asked for people to be reported. Mostly the Ziggs, but also Malz and Jax. You spam begged for FF. The only actual instruction you gave was screaming for Baron. Then when it turned out to be a bad call, you pretended it wasn't you who called for it. Then you were toxic about the win when you finally won.

tl;dr You harassed your teammates and were very unsportsmanlike which created a negative environment for everyone else in the game.

I understand that you must have felt a lot of frustration in the game, however flaming your teammates and calling for them to be reported isn't very productive towards winning the game or having an enjoyable time. The best strategy is to stay calm, cool, and collected, so you can focus on the game rather than your teammates!

If you feel that your teammates are being negative, simply mute them.

If you feel that you are being negative, give yourself a mental mute and don't type in chat!

report calling is considered a harassment and constantly trying to FF cos you think the game is over is considered negative.

Do this over many many MANY games and you'll get punished.

You are actually SO toxic. I need you to stop, and think about what you just wrote to try and "prove" your innocense. First of all, you threw a major lie at us. "Communicating with my team." Communicating? More like flaming your team about every single error they make while you simply say "oops my bad" when YOU mess up. What's that mean? Did you post this garbage discussion because of what they said to you after all you flamed? Try to laugh at yourself, and keep your fingers off of the Enter key. No chat for you. What you SHOULD do and what works best for me is, 1. Go into a game, buy items and get to lane, red buff, blue buff or whatever. 2. State that you're muting everybody to avoid distracting or toxic conversations. 3. Mute everyone, including enemy team. 4. Better games.

Pd. Only mute chat. And emotes if you want. Muting emotes also includes Mastery Plaques.

Yes I agree, YOU need to stop. One player being toxic doesn't mean spread that toxicity. Spamming for ff and rude comments/begging for reports is exactly what you're trying to report right now.

This is seen as Report begging.

Riot has stated that Threatening, begging, soliciting, or any other form of "report X for...." is seen as Harrassment and falls under escalating punishment. Reports DO NOT STACK (your 9x doesnt exist). 1 report = 9 reports so all this is...is an attempt to dogpile all other players on your intended target. If you intend to report someone...DO IT SILENTLY. Spamming this all game is what helped get you in trouble.

Besides, it's only a chat ban. I'm surprised you didn't get an account ban. I have encountered several players like you and they piss me off to no extent. I always mute them and report them after game instead of screaming in chat

Do I think the behavior system is a little flawed? Yes. But you were CLEARLY being toxic. If you don't see why you deserved the chat restriction, then any reasoning I try and have with you won't work. You were being an arrogant and cocky asshole while CONSTANTLY flaming your team and spamming FF. You deserve the restriction, dude.

Are you kidding me? You don't know why you were chat restricted? Read your own chat logs. You didn't discuss things with your team; you just tried to boss them around and flamed them when they didn't do what you wanted.

Also, it's toxic behavior to tell the enemy team to report a player. That's been stated before.

I'm readin through this, seeing all the people who tell him that his behaviour is bad and clearly know how to play fair and this is really warming my heart. But still it's kinda bugging me that when i play myself I never find teammates with these points of view. Most of the time it's just guys like OP that call you out on every minor thing and get all toxic about it until you'd rather uninstall than play another game. Where are you guys? :(
