Reformed player gets mad flames 1 game because he is sick 14 day ban.

That doesn't sound very reformed. A player that has proven their behavior is no longer a problem will drop back down the punishment tiers and be harder to punish with a clean account status, and reformed means you don't lash out like this. We all get a little tilted and want to flame a little, and sometimes we do, but it takes a lot more than that normal little bit to get banned.
