Stop the bystander effect in video games
I think Rito should make this kind of awareness to all players. it's disgusting when some player tell the enemy team to report their own teammate of something they didn't do or accuse teammate of being toxic ( in most cases it was that person him/herself). Even worse, the other teammate did not stand up and defend someone from the real toxic player. So, reporting negative players in this game is based on the report other players, which is OPTIONAL. Do you see the flaw in this? Rito's punishing system, in my opinion, doesn't work well. The game makers aren't playing the game, it is the players who play the game. Therefore, players-punish-players should work better than game-punish-players. Maybe that's why other game genres inhibit toxic players due to the SOCIAL pressure that makes them feel out of place because people stand up for others! ( this is very common in MMO) Rito should STRESS the idea of stopping bystander and better punishing system; it shouldn't really be optional. ( for overall good of everyone) But, I really don't know if this idea is gonna work out with MOBA games like LoL. I am just giving out a piece of mind.
