Riot, can we please report people in champ select?

I'm getting really sick of people threatening to int on my promos, or just in any game in general. please help make the pre game not as much cancer

This goes against Naming & Shaming, but fuck that, these people need to get what they deserve. Hate these trolls that hold champ select hostage/force you to dodge.
It's mostly cause of autofill. I don't have a problem with autofill itself, but I hate the trolls that autofill causes.
it would be a paradox for riot to ban players who say they will troll and not the players who actually troll.
Screen cap it and send a support ticket to riot.
What heppended in the game? Did the feed? Did you lose? DId the game even happen?
Also, you should have blurred out your "team"'s names in the chat and in the Champ select. You know, because of the "naming and shaming is not allowed" rule.

What's the point of reporting before the game even happens?
A) they may not even actually feed, so you can't ban them for maybe possibly feeding IF the game went through.
B) if the game doesn't go through then this person never actually got around to doing anything bannable.
C) if the game DID go through and they actually did feed, troll, whatever, then you can still report in the post game.
Not sure why so many people want to report players for things they MIGHT do rather than things they are actually guilty of.
