I wanna play league but league itself is not cooperating

if 3 lanes lose, and as jungler i get perma pinged and emoted and camps stolen how am i not gonna be toxic? there are gonna be white knights in the chat saying "just don't" but its much easier said than done, im so tired of trying to get level 30 and getting inted and getting trolled and getting flamed and i bet 100 damn % that those people aren't banned and I am, ridiculous how inters and trolls get away but someone who tries their best and is toxic isn't. great. also, banning people who put your food on the table is not only disrespectful but counter productive.
