As a critic of Riot's behavior system, this is like christmas

Riot attacked a hornet's nest with them allowing people to ask for reports and man am I'm going to be reminding people of it.

This is the stuff I'm talking about when I tell everyone that Riot doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing with the behavior system and how they've become the MVP's of toxicity.

What an amazing day to be a critic of this system!

I'm pretty sure harassing people by constantly asking others to report and/or constantly reminding the person that they'll be reported is still something that's punishable.

There seems to be confusion on some fronts, but I'd hardly compare it to attacking a hornet's nest. That description might fit the "support" Nunu fiasco, but in this scenario, it seems to be more people scratching their heads, shrugging, and moving on.

I'm on a smurf account right now asking for reports in ranked games on anyone I deem to be breaking the summoner code. Trying to get as many games as time will permit before I get bored of playing on this account; I'll let you know if it gets punished ASAP.

I think 99% of the people asking for reports are going to find out it did nothing to help. Maybe if you are reporting someone afk but it will be useless otherwise.
