i just got a perma ban cus i was using 3rd party program?
why riot i play my game clean i dont use no cheat codes i spend money and time u can check my games plz help me thats my only account

All you can do is submit a support ticket to get them to re look at your case.
Ill warn you ahead of time though they release very little information around 3rd part mod bans so most likely you will just get a statement saysing they are upholding the ban.
I have only seen these cases end 2 different ways. The first being support upholds it and thats the end. The other being that it comes out that some sort of account sharing was involved(known or otherwise).
So before you go any further I would answer these questions: Are you the original creator of the account? Are you the only person that you know of that has ever played on the account(I mean EVER. 100% of games played by you)?
If you answered yes to both of those then I would look through your match history to see if anything stands out as a game you didn't play.

Got the same today, while playing Janna I also made an appeal and a post on here
i send them ticket for my both account get banned for same reason and i never use any 3rd party program on it, someone reported me cuz he is fuking loser and i get banned the day after.

- Riot leave the system bans anyone get reported from some losers.
