getting banned for almost no reason (just trash talk and salt just in 2 games)

So i have been given a 14 day suspension by the company who is more focused on realeasing skins than actually fixing the game anyway they showed me the chat logs and yes i have been swearing the jungler a lot but that is because every goddamn time i get a jungler that that doesnt have the slightest ideea about jungling . GAME1: i am playing bot jinx adc my kindred jungle baits me into going full in only to turn around and give a double kill to the enemy midlaner then she complains that i suck at the this point she has 0/5 and of course i start arguing with her . GAME2: i play ryze top against the new panth who btw one shoted me with one ruby crystal blocking half my damage with his e gucci skill btw riot. I have a malph jungle who is literally doing anything but ganking top at one point i ulted from the inner turret to the outer one to kill panth thinking malph will follow he didnt he got out of the circle going to do his red yyyyyy then telling me i suck ofc i suck if i get one shot with no counterplay. So again i get banned for being salty and they dont get shit i have been playing this game for almost 3k hours and i have never been banned only chat restricted and now i get banned for one report ? i will just quit this game and go over to cs go and start swearing without any consequence whatsover. THATS WHAT MAKES A GAME FUN BEING ABLE TO SWEAR FREELY .

Post your chatlogs then the boards will be able to judge but you seem to have admitted your guilt anyway lol

##The punishment ladder is as follows:

10 game chat restriction > 25 game chat restriction > 14 day gameplay suspension > Permanent suspension.

If you've received both a 10 and 25 game chat restriction, Riot has made it clear that your behavior is unacceptable. You were warned on both of your reform cards that continued infractions would lead to more and more severe punishments.

Negativity in any capacity is unacceptable, it doesn't matter who started the fight or who escalated it, all rulebreaking behavior is punished. You're allowed to respond civilly but the second you cross that line, you are no longer defending yourself, you are flaming them back.
