I got 14 day suspension. But why?

I got suspended for 14 days. I am sure someone in my team reported me saying that I was trolling. As a melee support champion, I had to soak damage for our adc. And even as a support, I did 3rd most damage in my team and led us to victory. Yes I died more than others, but that should not be considered as intentional death or trolling when we won. Honestly, if we seriously want to troll, it basically becomes 4v6 and there is no way that the team of 4 can win against 6.

I would like to know who is judging the players behavior and if you can call it fair to misjudge them and give 14 day suspension. I have been getting honor points almost every game before this. This one report should not be enough to give suspension.

I want to say that this report system is extremely unfair and need to be corrected.

When you attempt to log in to your account, what are you greeted with on the reform card? Chat logs, or a link to one of your recent matches?

And, if you could, could you C/P the logs or the link to the match in question so we could try and see what might have triggered the punishment?

We as the community have no access to your account nor tickets, so you'd have to post it in order for us to analyze what happened.

Melee support has nothing to do with it, though I'm not sure how you figured you would obtain gold with no support item. You died at: 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 5 min (good job not dying during the 4th minute), 6 min, 8 min (twice), 9 min

You managed 8 deaths in 9 minutes, that's not "soaking damage", which also might make more sense if you had a defensive item, that is feeding.

How are you playing support if you didn't even buy a support item tho...
