Troll Player Needs To Be Banned Please Help

These are the screen shots i took before the game began. The player entered and copy and pasted about how they will play the game and if no one complies to it, she would sell all her items and just farm jung until 18. If the jungler does not camp her, she would do that, and so rengar tried to cater to her while the rest of the lanes failed and we still ended up losing and she still sold all her items. Although she didnt intentionally feed, she ruined the whole game and ultimately lost the game. She even muted our pings and chat log and would complain about us not calling mia, like how do we go up against that? None of us wanted to dodge and lose LP and she would've got away and kept doing this had we dodged, is there anything that can be done here for the time and lp lost during this game because of this single player?
