I came back to the game and Its just constant player behavior stuff for things that I wouldn't even think anything of... does riot expect us to just turn the chat system off? I see and encounter more toxicity then I ever produce in nearly 90% of my games guaranteed or am faced with literally people trolling matches and being rude and trolling the whole game yet nothing is done about it. Could this game really have fallen that much that it allows things like that to happen but penalizes for such small infractions as telling someone they are bad and to head back to normals for practice.

Yeah idk, i never mute but ive never gotten a punishment. You can certainly use their chat system, as long as you arent using it to insult anyone or bitch n moan during a game. Meh. If the game isnt fun, then yes do quit. I just kinda play when it sounds fun or some irl friends text me. It doesnt have to be an absolute like youre quitting a job or something. Play when you feel like it, dont play if you dont feel like it. Since you just came back, idk how big your sample size is, but it could justbe bad luck. Most of my games are pretty chill besides the occasional whiney toxic guy, but theyre pretty easy to ignore if you just focus on the task at hand and not social interactions.

literally mute someone the second they say anything toxic. or if you have big brain just mute all in the beginning tbh. play with friends so this doesnt happen?

That is true. Riot has become a full-on politically correct even if this game, every game, no exception is hell -- they should be understandable of these who just fight back against trolling or whatever.

You get banned, BANNED for not being positive, you can't make this s*** up.

This game dude holy, I swear I would not flame ever again if they would just punish the freaking inting, raging players or the ones who keep the ff table on or the ones who say "idc anymore, i get no ganks" or "enemy jg won my lane so idc" and they actually go on other lanes farming or even in base and stay until the game is done .. or the ones that stay in base and open a lane early after they just got killed by the laner or died on a gank .. this game is actually a joke and idk why the duck they just dont repair their ban system so it can be fair .. its like they have eyes only for the flamers, the flamers can be muted and chat can be disabled but you cant control your team keyboards and mouses ..

You remind me a lot of myself. I never found what I said toxic either. But let’s face it. It is. If you can’t be honest with yourself, you’ll continue to receive punishment. I’m glad I received a 25 game chat restriction. It woke me up to be the player I know I am.

As I see it, I think of two things.

Would I be ashamed to share my chat logs in hopes of reversing a ban? Well I’ve never posted my chat logs before, so that answers the first part.

Would I be embarrassed to have my parents read what I say? If the answer is yes, (depending on context) chances are I’m being toxic.

You can’t control players decisions but you negatively influence them with your words.

When in doubt, just afk. If they really are garbage teammates, just leave the game. No sense getting verbal over it. You can't get banned for leaving games. You just get time punishment (5 games of waiting for 5, 10 or 20 mins depending on how often you leave). It's way worse to get banned. Trust me.
