About my current 2-week ban

So I wanted to ask something about my current ban as Im obviously kinda worried about my account being permanently punished.

No Im not asking to be unbanned because I know what I did was wrong. Idk something little just made me so mad at this point (I wrote kys and that I aint joking about it) which obviously is not what I want.

That doesnt really matter what I wanted to ask is if my next punishment WILL be permanent. Its not like I want to be toxic and get away with a 14 day ban again but Ive spend more money on this game than I have on my computer. I also read about this that it doesnt matter at all I know I know.

I get triggered easily (not meaning that I always want people to kill themselves, that was the first time I ever used this term as an insult because I was so mad) and then I do sometimes start calling people retards and throw in some random words to (I dont even really know) make them listen to me or something like that (my idiom isnt really the best and yeah thats my fault, me and my friends always "communicate" with some sort of little insults because its kinda funny (because they are not meant to be serious) and I got used to it). So I wanted to know if I seriously have to mute chat every single game (because thats not what I want, I have a lot of fun conversations with random people in game or if they say something important in like a ranked game in chat and I cant read it because well I muted everything) to be able to enjoy this game with my account the day I get unbanned.
