A friend of mine was on my profile. i only was allowing him to play tft. but he switched over and went off in a chat i a summoners rift, even though his teammates were intentionally feeding, i still told him he cant do that. the next time i logged on i received a permanent ban. is there any way to appeal this ban. i love this game and my profile i did nothing to deserve this!!

Account-sharing itself is explicitly against the rules, precisely for this reason. You're not getting your account back.

Unfortunately for you, account sharing is against the ToU, and is punishable by a permanent suspension. If your friend wanted to play TFT, or League in general, they'd have made their own account. You can file a Support Ticket if you want to try and appeal it, but like I said, account sharing is against the rules, so I can't imagine you'd get the punishment overturned.

Damn dude... youre double fucked. Even just admitting that youre sharing your account is grounds for a ban. Sorry man. Time to make a new account.
