can an acount get unbanned?

i was given this acount from a friend he told me it was permabanned because he was very agressive he had many chat bans until he reached a point when he got perma banned. Is there any way that you can unban this acount? if not its ok i would just like to know thanks in advance!

They wouldn't as this would be account sharing.
