when i play ranked games why i find myself playing with noooooooobs i always lose bcs of that and i win only 1 or 2 games then i lose 10 games today i played 8 games i won only 1 and i lost 7

Well, the common factor is you. You should look into your own performance rather than complaining about others.
On your current six-game losing streak, you were support in three games, but never purchased a sweeper trinket (nor do you ever, in your entire match history, seem to change from the base yellow trinket). With four wards already available from your support item, it's critically important to deny vision of the enemy team over objectives, and supports are generally the first player on a team to get the ability to remove enemy wards. Start doing so.
In your other three recent losses, you only have a positive KDA in one. In fact, in the other two, you have teammates with amazing KDAs, so it sure as hell wasn't their fault. The only recent loss where it was clearly your team's fault is your MF game.
