i got chat restricted

i got chat restricted for because of 1 game, i was playing aram and we had a urgot in our team and he wanted to switch champions with me ( i was rammus) i didnt accept the trade and when the game started he just kept inting going in 1v5 so i told the other team to report him for feeding and he said he was having a bad day and told me it was his 1st time urgot and i told him that the gamemode aram picks champions the he has, when i told him this he didnt reply for a while then he said he bought him but never played and his name was junglerz fault plz check his games out at op.gg he feed for so many games and didnt get banned but if i say RETARD like 10-15 time in a game i get chat restricted. i mean this isnt fair at least ban him for feeding cuz i know i said RETARD a lot of times and i dont mind being chat restriced but at leasst can him for life or at least 2 weeks.
