Lower Priority Queue

Hello fellow Riot person (I'm bad at letters xD), During a normal blind pick summoners rift game, I was playing as Udyr. While I was in the middle of the game, my connection decided to disappoint me and caused me to dc. I wasn't feeding or anything. i was doing pretty well before I dc. I was dc for about 4-5 minutes or so, trying to get my internet/wifi to function again. After that I got back into the game, and my team was doing pretty well. My team and I won, but here comes the part I don't really get. After the game, I was put on a lower priority queue for 20 minutes for 5 games. I kinda think this is kinda unfair. I mean, I went back into the game, won, and my team was happy about the victory. I RARELY afk in games, believe me. I was just wondering if you or any other Riot Workers could take a step back and not be too harsh on fellow summoners. League of Legends is a really fun game, but I think the game is too strict. I would really appreciate it if you could ease it up a little. That is all! Sincerely, a fellow summoner ^-^
