Leveling up

So I made a new account..and I have to say leveling up is now the absolute worst thing I have ever encountered in this game throughout every single season I have played. Players don't even care what they do on these low levels because "it's a low level and who cares if it gets banned". My new smurf is chat restricted because of my support saying I'm just going to feed (said this in in-game chat) then proceeded to walk into lane and just die, would respawn come back in, take cs and die..and when I told her she was an idiot after so many times, she complained in all chat and managed to get the entire enemy to report me because "Poor Sona she's trying but Caitlyn isn't helping her". When I told her I was screenshotting her saying she was just going to feed she proceeded to spam the letter Z to remove the sentence from the actual chat. Just had a game where Mid Katarina completely fed Lux, and when people asked her to stop trying to fight when she loses everytime she proceeded to just run up shumpo into their base and just dance till she died, eventually just afking. A mid Ryze the game before feeding 3/9, then blaming all his teammatmes, and being entirely toxic, and when everyone said they were reporting the response was "oh no a 10 game chat restriction big deal". We need the tribunal back. Not Riots automated ban system. Bring back tribunal where players can actually get banned for their toxic behavior and not just a slap on the wrist with a few games of chat restriction. League has gone downhill so much over the many seasons, and it seems they no longer care about their player base, but instead it's just ESports and their professional scene. Those of us who are not Pro's also play this game, and there is a larger variety of non pros than there is pros, and you would think @riot would like to benefit us in some way as well. This game is becoming Ridiculous.
