Ranked Flex que with 3 man 2 man

I was between putting this under RANT and here since this will be a decently long read, sorry in advance.

I have been playing duo bot lane with a friend of mine, learning to play adc, so we can play together since I was gold last season and he was bronze. This has come with it's own fair share of arguments of playstyle and champion selection but I'm here to focus on the dynamic between us as a duo and the other 3 players in the other roles. Yes these games are bronze-silver, no this should not make a difference in the way we are treated.

I would say around 80% of games we have played have been negative experiences. I openly admit that half of those I either initiated the conversation that turned south quickly with the other premade players. I have had chat restrictions and account suspensions before, I have also gotten honor level 5 multiple seasons in a row. The other half of the time were either us being flamed for being bad or when one of us would ask the jng or mid laners to come bot to help when the enemy laners would be collapsing on us constantly. This has been happening consistently and I am not to the point of this post which is my current 10 day chat restriction and the reason I got it.

I just played a game not too long ago where the mid laner said "Bot lane, I will not come bot, I will not follow my laner, when we get into game I will mute you" and when my support asked him why he gave no valid reasoning. The game went according to how others did, the enemy jngler ganked periodically and we didn't have a good lane. Of course the pre made with mid lane jngler was ganking for him with the same consistency and getting him ahead. As the game progressed we would ask the jngler if he would come bot to which he said "no". As the game went on and we started losing the mid laner would say things which I would respond to. I went through the chat log with, of course, onl my side and I said 2 things I consider ban worthy. "stfu lucian go mute us" since he was still flaming us in game and responding to our /all chat requests to have him reported for his champ select statement. "idk how people are friends with people like him" this is a personal jab and didn't need to be said. The entire game was a flame fest where I eventually got a point where I was only playing until we could ff or we lost, it was not enjoyable. The other 2 laners never said anything in our defense and also did not offer any support to the bottom side of the map. Yet I was chat restricted for 10 games and he is still playing league to this minute.

Part of the chat restriction notification says "Other players judged your comms to be far below the standards of the league of legends community" Does this mean that their comms were better then mine? Show me theirs then so I can learn what good comms are. If I was reported by only the 3 premade players and Riots algorithm for a bot chat restriction is being report by only 3 players then this is an abuse of the system. Nothing I said in all chat was ban worthy since all I said in all chat was asking the other team to report the mid laner.

I've been playing this game for years now and I take my punishments in stride and cool off with them, but this one pushed me too far. I know that this will be dismissed as just another person ranting about their chat restriction. All I'm looking for is some justice given to this 3 man premade. Maybe some people will agree with me.

If the only option to avoid these kind of situations is to /mute all and just play the game until you find a good group then what is the point of having in game chat.

"what is the point of having in game chat." To discuss? The game plan , call objectives. Count summoner spell cds. And everything. You said it was a bronze-silver game... Most of the people there are not gonna use the chat the right way. They using it to flame each other. In high elo however, people using it in the right way. Thats why they are high elo and not low elo. A good spell count and a good call in a chat can win you the game. Fighting with your team in the chat and you already lost the game. Because your mind is on the chat.

Yesterday i lost 2 games , because people instead of playing they chatting. Literally my junglers stop playing only to chat and flame the midlaners. They stood at spawn not even moving only chatting... And then they saying , oh i lost this game because of my toxic midlaner.
