Trying to submit a ticket about a scripter with clear proof but it doesn't let me upload the replay

What can I do in such case? It keeps telling me the file took too long to upload, connection lost. I tried smaller files which do upload but the replay that I need to upload doesn't. I'd really like to get this guy banned because from his match history it is apparent he keeps doing it daily.

they wont ban them anyway i have reported 2 boosters 3 inters and quite a few people who spam hate speach and death threats and not one of them has a 14day break within their match history so don't bother

Tell them who in which game at what timestamp. They wouldnt accept replays anyways since they could be tampered with.
