Toxic Ranked Community Solutions?

The ranked community has become such a toxic place that it is becoming almost intolerable. 1 in every 3 games I'm stuck with someone who is just so toxic it becomes hard to focus or even have fun. It has gotten so bad that people are throwing after one bad fight or even just one death. I played a game today where our support was toxic right from the start of the champ select because someone had asked me to first pick for them Yasuo and she deemed that not worth it. When game started she started talking smack about the ADC for choosing Ezreal and how it would be a boring lane. After the first 3 minutes of the game they died in bot lane but traded one kill, and she decided to leave bot lane and roam the rest of the game and ended up just intentionally feeding a bunch of other people and just saying report me report me. Games like this need to really be reviewed more carefully and other players should not be demoted or lose lp especially when there was no reason for such hostility straight from champ select. Riot please put together a team of people to review games like this because I'm getting tired of being stuck at the same ranks over and over because of players that have no interest in others peoples efforts to rank up or have fun in ranked.
