i wanna ask. the mods here it boards why riot support refuse to answer my question and ignore my tickets ? they open the ticket read and leave without answer.
i just want to know. if the club name tag name. consider offensive and can get me banned. or force me to rechange the name. why i cant get answer. is that how. they deal with people who respect their rules and ask them.?
It's Sunday... At least give it until Monday before you spam support with tickets and bumping your ticket to the bottom of the pile.

it normally takes 24 -48 hrs for them to respond over the weekend.
The word "open" does not mean that they have opened the ticket.
It means they have not resolved the ticket yet.
There are millions of League players and you will be answered in the order your ticket was received.
When you "bump" your ticket you actually send it to the back of the line. So wait until they answer.
hey get in line buddy, i had 3 games IN A ROW that required tickets to be filled out this afternoon.. first a guy ran it down top all game as teemo and did it on a different champ the game before (had to send in a ticket), then someone else spoiled end game in the next game(had to send in a ticket), then someone in the third game afked after dying two times (had to send in a ticket). still haven't gotten any replies on mine, so they're pretty backed up.
