This is an example of the sort of overly negative, dismissive or combative responses we're going to be removing. It doesn't matter whether or not the poster seems genuine, we still respond with respect and an eye towards being helpful or we don't respond at all.
While we understand that you may be upset or frustrated, the Moderation Team does not accept this as a valid excuse to be uncivilized, and we ultimately require that all discussions on the Boards be civil.
I'd like to emphasize that this is not a warning; however, please take some time to familiarize yourself with the Boards Universal Rules, as well as the guidelines for any sub-board you intend to post in before you do so.

Really riot?
So one, playfully telling someone that you're downvoting them is against the rules? The only argument is that it wasn't respectful, however.. I've seen board moderators destroy people almost on every other post, however I can't tell someone I'm downvoting them? I mean come on. Grow thick skin, it wasn't even offensive.
P.S. I am disappointed that riot cant even get the oozing mighty python and the holy grail joke.
