The 14-day ban is not only for specifically intentionally feeding, but for any behavior that had the intent of intentionally throwing the game.
If you think they were wrong about the ban toss support a ticket.

Put the chat logs that they have sent to you. When you log into the game there is a screen where the chat logs are. Put a pic here. And yes sometimes riot ban for nothing. Once i said fcking condom to a guy ( i know its verbal abuse but it doesnt even feel like one ) and i didnt say anything bad the whole game except this one and i got 14 day break from league xD
if you have put money into the account they banned you can legally sue them. According to their very own policy they discriminate and violate their rules by far. I just lost my account for people freaking out on me and I said nothing wrong back. So I am legally suing them. T sue them print off their policy and read through it and high light there words that show them violating their own policy. They may have nerds working there but clearly they aren't even close to being the brightest.
