I really don't think this was fair. they were really harsh and rude to me, I just called to to shut up and play instead harrassing me. I got perma banned today. and also another question, is it possible to refund my money via the CC somehow?

You were banned for insulting your teammates, harassing them, and sprinkling in minor amounts of racism into your chat. (and no, you can't refund, that's fraud)

you were harassing them as well. and you weren't perma banned out of nowhere, you likely had a 14-day ban in the past few months...next infraction after 14-day ban is a perma ban
