bots in bronze 4-5

been seeing bots in ranked lately (bronze 4-5), as i cannot prove anything but deliver my experience i'll only be able to note what i saw Q: how do you know your playing against bots?

1: they always facechecked bushes 2: they always, when low health, ran back in the direction of the fountain, never used any abilities to escape from being killed, stood under tower until they were low ~10% or less hp and then ran back to fountain, never used flash to escape from being killed, never flashed over walls etc. . . 3: they never used recall 4: they would run back into a teamfight and die, so assuming 2 people died, the 3rd would run back in and die for nothing 5: they seemed to all be in perfect communication. . . .for example: all 5 of them pushed 1 tower, they did this numerous times. . . .and they never took baron, it was always towers 6: at the end game screen they copy/pasted "team really came together good work" like 3 times. . . .you never see that ever!

Q: what time of day did this occur? A: 3am - 5am US west coast

Q: any other miscellaneous information you can provide that would slightly improve the credentials of your claims/experience? A: been playing league for like 3 years now, made it to silver once, stuck in bronze ever since, pretty sure i can identify when somethings not right?

Q: did you, or were you able to report the bots you found to be suspicious of? A: no because they had kills, they never said anything in chat and doing the aforementioned means riot thinks your an angel. . .

Q: any closing thoughts? A: Notice me, RIOT-senpai. Notice my concerns. . .

The fact that a bot can get to bronze 4 from bronze 5.... That scares me. That scares me a lot.

I don't understand why would anyone use bots in ranked though. In normal? Shure, farm IP, but in ranked? And you can check their profile to see if they have a lot of consecutive games

Screenshot the botting and send that in a ticket to Riot. show the game scores, show as much detail as you can...take a video of it if you have to.

report it to support, do not just rely on JUST the after game report for this.

If there's enough players reporting the scripters and botting accounts we'll beat them back and make the game untenable for idiots like that to think they can just run in and farm ip all day for no effort.

I personally love finding them in games and reporting them. it makes me feel good knowing I've done something to help the community, if only to prevent our IP becoming degraded and devalued.

if I suspect them in pregame chatter and I see the spells that tell me a player is either really new...or a botter, I'll attempt to engage with the player before during and sometimes after the game's done.

getting no response or some automated gibberish from them (yes, they do have something similar to an autogratz that spams out a pretyped message when it detects certain word combinations and is supposed to belay the reports for not communicating) usually tells me something is fishy.

but there's several ways you'll be able to check if they're scripted players or bots, and either one is bad.

If in doubt, send in a ticket.
