Problematic behaviors based on champion selection

The ashe (Guess names cant be added here) started abusing me from pick phase, I have a screen cap. I literally joined a game, hovered a champion. And this happened. I pick off meta often, so I know thats 'why" but nothing excuses this behavior. Then he inted at mid lvl1 which I also have a pic of.

And then the pantheon started blaming me for how the ashe was acting, flaming me all game. While he ran in and died over and over. Literally I just try to play every match, I am not trolling, I am not inting, I never afk, I dont flame. I know 100% I do not deserve this behavior and I am sick of it.

These players were fully confident I would be banned in this scenario, literally just for the champion I picked. I dont dominate EVERY game, but no one does... I generally have an upward trend, and its what I enjoy doing. WHY do so many of the players in this game, have this confidence that picks they do not approve of. Are bannable? What can Riot do to make it clear, this is not correct and horrible behavior because a person doesn't do exactly what they want. Is not acceptable. Please help.

For reference, this game I was playing Ez mid because as support he auto locked my usual ashe pick. He decided to do all this, and ruin a game for 4 people. Because he has an opinion about what another player, can or cannot play.

I think Riot makes it clear enough in the rules that harassing players is not acceptable. The problem isnt clarity imo, its people disregarding the rules whether they know them or not. There will always be people who do that. I mean, who DOESN'T know that intentionally feeding is against the rules? People still do that. Its just human nature. Cant control people. You can only deter behaviors with rules and consequences. Thats what Riot does, and its all they can do. Hope you reported them.
