Can we get the opportunity to forfeit if a player happens to DC, AFK or Rage Quit after 3min

It's frustrating when players happen to DC or AFK or whatever after the 3min mark. Then not being able to remake because it's just out of the window of opportunity. It's just a waste of time to have to play a 4v5 game till the 15 min mark and sometimes longer cause some players refuse to ff and still lose LP for something out of your control.
