Regarding AFK

Hello Riot

I play from India where there is constant power cuts up to hours which makes me go AFK and not on intentional purpose. Still no complaints about me being banned for being AFK and placed in low priority que.

But please at least enable us to chat, browse shop, view champions etc instead of being unable to do anything and wait until the count-time of 20 minutes.

This could at least increase user interaction and prevent missing out on clicking the yes button once the waiting time is up and a game found.
