____ or troll/ban you'r champs

This is a reportable offence in the champ select correct? If not, it should be. Nothing is more obnoxious than having someone say they're only gonna play one champ/role and if they dont get what they want they're gonna ruin the next 20+ minutes for the rest of the team.
