Non-ingame trolling and our inability to do anything about it.

How about this, riot: Why can't we report someone for intentionally banning our champ when we're first pick and we've already selected? I'm generally dodging if that happens and it's my first dodge that day, because I'd rather wait five minutes than deal with that ass hole of a teammate. Here's another situation that's unrelated though. This only happened once to me. This guy was last pick and openly said he was going to dodge at the start. Not sure why, but he was really lording it over us. Made fun of us for when our champs were picked and banned, but made us wait all the way until his pick, just to waste our time and was constantly pointing it out to us. That's as troll as intentionally feeding. But there's nothing we can do about it. Fix that. Please. At best, i figure we could screen shot it to at least have proof, but where would we send it? What would actually happen? And if we're relying on screen shots, so much could be faked. We need something for these kind of situations. Like, and this hasn't happened in a long time, I've had people flame super hard and be extremely offensive in champ select, then someone would dodge. They flamed to the point where I didn't think it should go unpunished, and I've been considered a bit edgy with my sense of humor. It usually wasn't flaming aimed at me. But even so. If you're trying to get rid of toxicity, they would be prime candidates. So what do we do? What can you do? I'd put some thought into it. Because without something being built into the client, I don't see anything reliable enough to actually use as evidence for bans or chat restrictions. I feel like a lot of it stems from the autofill system. I think they might be trying to get others to dodge because they didn't get the role they wanted. But i'm not sure.

I always ban yasuo. I don't want him on my team and have a 'my team' yasuo or them having a 'enemy team' yasuo.

It's not trolling, I just don't want him in my games.

because bans > picks, always. one has to take priority, and bans have priority. people are 100% always allowed to ban whatever they want, for any reason.

I 100% disagree with intentionally blocking your own team from picking their champs just because you can, especially if they are first pick and guaranteed the pick before the enemy team. That's essentially just an abuse of power. And it's just going to create tension within your own team because you did that. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should... But I see your points... It's just one of those things that's impossible to fix in any reasonable way because most of our community is what it is. But since nothing can be done about that, i'd assume nothing can be done about my second point either about someone just being toxic and holding you hostage in champ select waiting for them to dodge...

Though, that being said, toxicity and trolling aren't always the same thing. Some people are just toxic as people, even outside of this game. Trolling is intentional. And, maybe, just maybe, what a lot of us here view as normal behavior and completely justified, is actually toxic. Just a thought. I mean, take for instance someone who doesn't flame in game, but yells racial slurs at their computer when a team mate messes up. He wouldn't get reported for being toxic, he might even have an honor level of 3, but that's still pretty toxic behavior.... I feel as though I've digressed from my original point. I digress a lot. I even digressed from my original point of this paragraph alone XD
