28 messages of which about 23 were towards lucian over the course of 50min game..... that isnt constant harrasment...... most of which were in blocks of about 4 to 5 messages in convos

Right here, I would call harassment, in the eyes to the other people, and to the reporting system, you are activialy harassing and making fun of, banter is only so far, but keep going it lead to harassment, and you clearly in the systems eyes, crossed the line

also does the chat bans reset after so long? as 99 percent of the time im a good guy just past week has been rough and i dont want to constantly feel like at any second a premade can troll report me an i lose my account iv a had for year an spent lots of money on.... i dont smurf never hav never will this is my only account and has been fine since season 2 only now is it having problems

I know you think you're just trash talking but to myself and to a lot of people you're just spending the entire game and the vast majority of the post-game verbally abusing and harassing lucian. If it was just mild banter here and there then that would be one thing, but when your entire log consists of this and nothing else, that's when there's something wrong. To quote Baron Barian:

There's trash talking, and then there's talking like trash. Don't think twice before you talk. Think 5 times.

In the future I would highly recommend you spend less time trying to "trash talk" in this kind of manner, or at the very least keep it to a full pre-made group where you know everyone understands it and won't report you for it. Remember, chat is meant to be used for communication purposes, not to see who can sling the most insults around if that makes sense, and that even trash talking has its limits of what's considered acceptable.
