I died 5 times to secure kill for ADC

Like i said i died 5 times to secure my adc kills, double kill or just a kill nevermind. My point is that guy said im useless and flamed me very hard. Im main support and when i die to save my adc and to get him kill i expect from him to say at least ''thank you man'' not to flame me... Just from a day to day im getting dissapointed how many toxic kids are playing this game. Riot should make an server for kids and one server for older population who like to play this game.

A lot of ADC mains are unappreciative of their supports. I mean, yeah, I've been burned by supports myself--yes, I'm an ADC main--but I always try to live up to my support's expectations(that I can interpret). So we're fortunately not all like that, at least. :3

Just report him and move on with your day, you're better than he is, it sucks to be flamed... but you know you were doing your best, and that's what counts. :3

As a support main myself, I know the feeling. It's even worse when you do something to keep them alive, like walking/flashing into a Blitz hook that would've pulled them under tower and got them killed, and them getting mad you saved their ass. Like, I get it was a kill for them but christ I'm the SUPPORT. And half the time, you'll even get the enemy exhaust/ignite too because supports like to exhaust/ignite each other for some reason.

Personally, if they can't treat me with respect I stop helping them and instead put my work into the other lanes. Want to 1v2 the enemy adc and support? Be my guest! Because by treating me like crap gives the impression you want to be alone.

Yeah it can suck. :/

One thing for that has helped recently is playing bot, supp, AND jungle sometimes. As a supp main trying out bot I get a better understanding of what an adc needs from support beyond what I know of my role already. I already know what the botlaners need from a jungler (like not ganking so far downlane from us that you're getting caught beyond our ability to get to you in time, being aware of the botlane being oom and limiting my expectations of them accordingly, etc). But by playing as a jungler sometimes, I learn also what a jungler needs from US (try to keep control of vision on that river bush, and deep-warding allied and enemy buffs is always appreciated by allied jungler).

An adc often likes a support to be right up with them in lane when possible, so they don't have the uncomfortable feeling of being in a 1v2 all laning phase. Even though they're not, it can FEEL like they are, and that can put them on edge. Also, asking them "hey, could you help with warding bushes till I get sightstone?" can increase cohesion and cooperation, and also helps keep lane warded early, preventing successful early enemy ganks. Lack of successful ganks =happier, more peaceful adc. (granted, we should ALL be warding all game, but meh)

Lately, I've started just saying "saved ya! <3" or "saved my adc. My life is complete. <3" etc, if I've died or taken huge damage in order to save a teammate who would otherwise have surely died. It's had good results on the teams I've been on.

As a support frequenter I suggest lowering your death count whenever possible. I agree that dying to save the carry is a good call, but try to avoid dying after saving your adc when you can. I know it's not easy, but many of my support games have very few deaths in them when I play ranged supports, and higher deaths when I play tanks against hard poke lanes. But I still try to live as much as possible, and if my adc is definitely going to die I do not save him (3 man gank bot adc is under enemy tower) because the gold from me dying as well would be bad to give.
