Passive aggressive pinging

So I was just in a league game that playing some Mundo in normal blind pick with a friend and then I die to my laner. So as soon as, I die our Lucian proceeds to spam ping my death timer. At first I didn't think much of it, but he continued to do this to not only me but everyone on the team. For the rest of the game now usually this wouldn't be too bad but then he starts talking in chat about how bad we are and how we shouldn't play LoL. So as you do, I mute him and hope that solves the in chat stuff, but the spam pinging was there for the rest of the game. I know there is a way you can mute all pings but I wish there was a feature to only mute one person instead of everyone's pings. So if this could be implemented, that would be great.
