Just had another game where two people admitted to trolling in chat and we lost because of it. Riot actually does not care about these issues at all. Sure we can report them and get them punished but that doesn’t matter when they still get to ruin games and cause people to lose lp and derank before they get banned. Riot needs to either make individual performance a factor or make it so one or two people can not lose you a game.

Riot can't proactively ban people for trolling before they actually troll.
Trolling is also much harder to detect with any reasonable automatic system that tries to avoid banning people falsely.
Riot is not going to steer the game towards gauging individual performance when determining how much LP you get because that's just begging for the system to be abused to the result of the purpose of game falling apart (namely, to have the enemy nexus blow up before yours).
Time and time again people respond to your complaints only for you to ignore the discussion and make the same post later as if the discussion never happened.
yeah i hope riot makes it so that when i lose it'll still give me a win. im so tired of losing games because riot puts a defeat on my screen instead of a victory. like even if i lose the game i just want it to count as a win
They cant prevent trolling before it happens... thats literally impossible. As for the individual performance, I kinda don't think thats a good idea. Especially to do it just because some people decide to troll. The goal is to destroy the enemy nexus, not have a good kda, not good farm, not good vision score. You want to destroy objectives by any means. I dont know how individual stats could fairly affect your LP gains/losses in a balanced way with all the different champion mechanics and roles. They would at the very least have to enforce a strict meta before they could find a way to do that.
