Anger and aggressivity is not the answer

When someone have a bad game , being angry at them or just insulting them , won't make your game easier or give you a Instant victory, you could instead try to help the person in difficulty and see what you can do to use this situation to improve your teamwork and try to work this out as a team. Bashing down your allies doesn't solve anything. It create more stress and make people lose focus. The person in difficulty just end playing even less focused and do mistake , and the players who cuss on him , lose focus on victory and just spam the chat with insult thinking it will change anything. It's easy to bash someone behind your screen but would you bash someone randomly on the street? I don't think so. Find a new ways to solve your problem than let your anger spread on your game, sincerely, a player who got enought of the daily anger.

It may make my game easier or have a greater chance of a victory. It's based on how the player handles and perceives flame.

you could instead try to help the person in difficulty and see what you can do to use this situation to improve your teamwork and try to work this out as a team.

That doesn't always work.

Bashing down your allies doesn't solve anything. It create more stress and make people lose focus.

This may only be true in the case were it is constant flame, but flaming once in a while won't lead to this.

The person in difficulty just end playing even less focused and do mistake , and the players who cuss on him , lose focus on victory and just spam the chat with insult thinking it will change anything.

Like i said, it depends on how the person in difficulty handles flame.

It's easy to bash someone behind your screen but would you bash someone randomly on the street?

If the person didn't do anything wrong, why would i bash him?

Find a new ways to solve your problem than let your anger spread on your game, sincerely, a player who got enought of the daily anger.

The way i express my anger at players helps me win games sometimes, so I'm not about to stop just because you feel differently.

Being nice to people isn't always the solution, it sometimes leads to the person to stop trying or to not be cautious of mistakes, because they know their going to be coddled every time. Putting pressure on someone or showing them that you won't tolerate silly mistakes, may have the opposite affect. Take lessons from Koreans
