ToS

If a player is sending death threats, why does the ToS protect them still? Why can't Riot tell you if they ban a player that was threatening to DoS and kill you? I don't understand. The only thing they say is "mute and report". This does nothing to assure me that something is being done for a player that breaches the ToS THAT severely.

Hey hard tilt. You're understandably upset about players that act this way, and how Riot doesn't take their actions on that player in a visible manner, but they do take action. That person is not protected from consequence in any way, Riot just doesn't publicize it. Your reports absolutely matter, so please make them. If the behavior is severe like this and you feel your life is legitimately at risk, contact the local authorities, and you can report it to Riot in a Support Ticket.

One person breaking the rules does not mean anyone else can break the rules (even if that rule breaking is directed chat at the other person.

It is their policy. They don't do it for ANY punishments. It is not your right to know.

Why do you care? I suspect it isn't justice related, it is most likely retribution.
