like i get banned for some old bullshit like for real like come on you perma ban people in 2017 for barely even being toxic it's stupid just give chat restrictions and me them unable to get loots and shit don't perma ban then like shit take i consideration how much money and time people spend on this game and you take everything away from them for just some damn words in a game? it makes no damn since at all to me, there's other ways to handle people instead of perma banning them.

I mean the flip side would be instead of them taking your money and time into consideration, you should have taken the TOS into consideration. Especially since, as you saif, you invested time and money.

Thats why there are warnings and such in place. Like chat bans and temp suspensions. If the message that you need to treat your fellow players and yourself with some respect isn't clear after that... Or, hatespeech can cause a 0-100 permaban. No hatespeech allowed. Seems a no-brainer.

See what I did there? Probably not, but Riot makes the rules around these parts. When it comes to toxic people, they spend like 90% of the game typing and flaming.

Why don't you try playing 90% of the game and typing 10% next time.

Several Requests and questions:

Have you ever been punished before? If so, what was your last punishment, and how long ago? What is your current ban (14-Day or Permanent?)
Please post any and all chat logs you received from your Reform Card upon attempting to log into the game with the banned account. Some of us can then point what behavior led to the punishment.
