Riot, we NEED the Tribunal

Granted, I have my doubts on whether anyone will listen, but it's early in the season and a lot of changes are being made. So, maybe Riot will add the tribunal, a system necessary for basic functionality in this game, to their list of fancy doo dads. I don't want new masteries. I don't want new items. I don't want new champions. I just want the old tribunal back. This game is infamous for having the most toxic community of all the communities. It's a game that focuses on teamwork and requires people to get along. Therefore, not having a system to handle toxicity is the fastest way to ruin this game and is a huge design flaw. I'm not saying you have to ban people for every mean thing they say, but even then that's not that bad. I'm just saying that people should be required to not intentionally troll their teammates and not AFK or DC from their games. This is such a basic thing it should pass. I mean, can Riot at least take down the "under maintenance" page of the tribunal. It's been up there for years and frankly, it's insulting at this point. There is no point in making this a fun game, if you have a shitty community that tells people to kill themselves and won't even let you play a decent game without someone trolling/AFKing. If Riot really thinks they know what's best for the gamers, let's see what people think of it, or better yet, actually ask people if they want the tribunal back on your surveys for pete's sake!
