Permabanned?

Can anyone help me out please? I did receive an email on the 12th of August 2019, about account being permabanned by use of 3rd party software?

I have checked computer and processes but cannot find suspecious stuff. I have been playing only the new TFT game mode and haven't touched anything else for over 3 months probably.

Weird thing is when I reveiced the mail, I was working for my job. No league client open and I was working through VPN. Can't even remember playing that evening...

What can I do? Account is over 8 years old and got almost all champs en ton of skins..

You were playing TFT..? This is kinda suspicious to me...

Try to send a ticket to support, since board users can't help you.

You've got ranked games from 2 days ago, one of which on vayne I would say is super suspicious (great score +cs) for sure. Your account may be compromised, contact riot support asap. I'd recommend being respectful and explaining that you believe your account is compromised, and request a password change and such if possible.

Thank you for the response guys! I'm wondering does this happen a lot on the league forums? And is there 2 factor authentication possible for the game client, since I really want this to be as secure as possible.

Just submit a support ticket, if your acc was compromised as others wrote, you have a good chance get your account back. (Assuming you did not make suspicious logins before that from very wild adresses (for example accidentally playing throught VPN))
