Justified Ban?

So i've recently been given a 14 Day suspension for what i'm assuming is considered 'Verbal Abuse'. I was playing with a team who had 3 premades and constantly flaming me throughout the game, Im afraid i have no evidence for this but you're just going to have to believe me. From my understanding, riot are supposedly supposed to give out warnings for Verbal Abuse through a chat ban which i had not received at all, and instead jumped straight to a third offence. My account is literally a couple days old, and whilst playing that specific game I had been constantly enticed and got to the point where i felt that I had to defend myself. Im aware of the mute button, but felt as though it wasn't needed as I was literally saying most of the same things that were said to me.

Here is the chat log of mine - I can understand why people might think the Ban is justified, but its taken completely out of context without any of the other players messages before mine.

After the half way point in the game I had just had enough of the Veigar and repetitively decided to respond to his flames by calling him a 'noob' on three different occasions as well as calling him and his premades 'Bad'. Im well aware that calling someone names constantly is seen as verbal abuse, but i just don't understand why im getting a 14 day ban for using the terms 'Noob' and 'Bad' which in total was said only 4 times between the two words.

Im not saying that punishment is unjustified, I personally just believe that I should've recieved Offence 1 - 10 Game chat ban, or possibly a 25 game chat ban.

Anyways, all of this is all my opinion, so if you feel the ban is justified i'd appreciate it if i could have someone elses insight, and if they wouldn't mind explaining why in the comments.
