There are a LOT of things you can get chat restricted and suspended for writing in the chat. "easy" in any incarnation is not one of them.
Why is that? You can get banned for "disrespectful behaviour" (such as writing smilies in chat) but not for saying "gg easy"? You even see high elo streamers do this live.
First of all, I want to see literally any singular instance of someone getting banned solely for writing smilies/emoticons in chat.
Secondly, poor sportsmanship (such as "ggez", "ez", "ezipezi", etc.) are not in and of themselves punishable, but can contribute to validating a report filed against a player. It's not hate speech, it's not flame, it's just a dick move.
who is getting banned for saying easy or typing a :) ??? and why should you get punished for saying "gg ez"? seems a little petty dont you think?
What if someone in the game is Ezreal. gg ez, you carried! [sg-ezreal]
Then they would have to ban people for using emotes.
As mentioned it isn't bannable on its own but it can contribute to one.
Because it's competitive BSing.

Look, I know losing a game sucks, but this is one case where we all need to take ourselves a little less seriously. I see "GG EZ" most frequently used by the LOSING team to make light of the fact that they lost because...they don't take themselves this seriously. This may be slightly unsportsmanlike, but in the realm of things that should piss you off in League, don't let this be one of them.
Because you shouldn't be banned over you being offended over something so stupid.
I've never seen someone get chat restricted for JUST writing smilies in chat. Also, saying "gg EZ" once or twice isn't bannable but if you continue to spam it throughout the game, you could get banned for it depending on where your account stands but it's very rare to see someone get banned just for that.
can you show me any context of someone being banned for just posting smileys? cause im seriously doubting this. and "GGEZ" is already punishable, but will never do so by itself. but thats because it isnt exactly flaming, just disrespectful.
you also have to take into account the context its said in, for something that is used so widely- the system is automated, so therefore wont take into account context. so it while theoretically actually would ban me for saying:
"EZ LANE EZ GAME JINX" "GGEZ"
it would also ban me for:
"dont worry, all we gotta do is peel for varus, we win teamfight ez" "we get a pick on rengo and its an ez drake"
and easy isnt even that insulting a word, so adding it to the filter would do more harm then good.
If you get offended by gg ez's, disable /all chat in your settings. I had one game where I was being flamed by the enemy team, getting called dead weight, and to add injury to insult they beat us. I decided to disable all chat after that and never had to deal with anything like that ever again. Try it, it works.
The better question is why are you so dam sensitive?
