A twitch streamer threw a row of hate speech at me in the post-game lobby after i won him a game

I reported him for hate speech and yet he is still going strong on-stream. This guy said literally FIVE words IN A ROW that usually results in an instant 14 day ban or permaban, and he did so ON STREAM, LIVE. Why is he exempt from the report system?

He's been doing this many matches in a row. When i took it up with him he banned me from his twitch chat. He is straight up throwing death threats, diseases, races, nationalities and conditions/disabilities as insults in the post-game lobbies EVERY SINGLE GAME and he does not even recieve a chat restriction.

did you specify post-game harassment or did you just say "he called me this". Specifications matter to the automated system. You can use screenshots from their stream as solid evidence of the fact of the name calling but if you have no proof currently then you can wait on the system to do it's job. Btw the IFS (instant feedback system) is not an "instant ban" system. it is a learning one where if they have repeatedly bad behavioural attitudes they keep getting hit by reports until they get their just deserts. i respect you for not giving out usernames/twitch details. Most people do :)

Report him to twitch. Consider how much bad press they are getting from streamers being assholes, they might start cracking down

Did he say it in the in-game chat tho?

Riot can only punish mistakes that are made in-game. You can also report him to twitch.

If he said it in post-game, make sure you mark "hate speech" in your post-game report with a note at the bottom about the post game.

okay i just wanna answer your question with another question. ignoring pre and postgame chat, EVERYTHING YOU DO OR SAY IN CLIENT does not matter at all to riot. i mean for years we had open groups WHICH YOU JOINED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT where the entire chat was full of insults and "free rp" links.

so if riot doesnt give a single fuck at all about the in client stuff. why would they care about what someone says? sure it was after the game and still in the chatlobby. but yea.

diseases, races, nationalities

What even?

The fuck is a disease insult? Or a race/nationality one?

Do you mean race specific like the N word? And as for nationality i just... do you mean like redskin (bah this would be a race thing) or limey (the only nationality specific one i can think of)?

If so im giving that dude points for literally covering the whole spectrum of insults.

(Still have no clue what a disease insult is)

OP, when you said that the streamer talked real smack during the post game lobby, are you referring to them using the chatboxes to do it, or are they speaking into their microphone on a stream that contained such insults?

If the latter, it isn't within Riot's jurisdiction, and you instead should refer to Twitch on it; though I am not too sure how they're gonna trace it unless you have a recorded footage.

Otherwise, if you're just referring to them typing in the chatbox, the IFS should also read the post-game lobby once you've reported them. I am not too sure why they haven't banned if they really crossed the line so much as you'd said. Maybe do a support ticket and ask the support team to follow it up, or something, but idk.

Considering he is a twitch streamer, the naming and shaming rule doesn't apply anymore, since he chose to broadcast his name and actions on twitch.

That's why you can call out streamers and pro players. You can freely share his twitch.
