I know that in the past i've been a toxic player and i deserve the consequences that i got. But if you give me a chance and unbann my account like you did with tyler1 i am ready to reform and i swear that i wont ever be toxic in a game ever again.

They never unbanned any of Tyler1's banned accounts.
All they did was allow him as a person to play League again, without them seeking out his accounts and banning them, a special case called an ID ban.
When that ID ban was lifted, he still had to create a new account and level it up, buying or unlocking any content that he wanted to have. You have that same opportunity.
Also, rioters in charge of actually lifting bans don't click around this forum too too oten. Make a support ticket; the odds of them seeing your "appeal" or taking it seriously here is slim.
