Heavely flammed after game crashed, got chat banned afterwars

This morning i started to play rankeds, i was 1 game away from promo, won and i got intro promo si played my first game, before the laning phase started my game crashed, it was really weird, i could still hear my music but i neither could tab nor open task manager, so i had to restart my whole PC, i have an SSD so it didn't take too long, when i came back irelia was already many levels ahead, and my top was already blaming me for coming back to the game, he said they couldn't remake now, apparently if your game crashes you musn't come back to the game, which doesn't make any sense because i had already bought my items, there was no way out now. My team decided to do drag, the river was warding so they knew Irelia was coming, that's when the game when to shit, she got a triple, it's not hard to know who was blammed for it, after that point my team said we should just open, they blamed me for Irelia being this strong, i told them i couldn't follow an Irelia level 6 while i'm still level 2, and they said, exactly you can't, that's why i'm blaming you, like for real man, just leave and let the take the mountain dragon, we can farm and let me take levels, but no, they had to fight that dragon and it wouldn't be so bad if they blamed me so much for it and then gave up. I was really frustrated and i got somewhat mad, because my whole team is turning on me, saying it's my fault because my PC is trash and that's why my game crashed, i replied to them saying that has nothing to do with it, my PC is more than enough to run any modern game but they said sure you're lying when i'm not, no one believed me but the enemy team, when my team started to speak on all chat even the enemy team said they were going to report my team for being toxic. I leave the game really mad for this team but well i was happy i didn't get that mad and started to int and insult my team, i didn't do that, i tried to hold my tonge and played the game until we lost, of cours i was still flamed after the game finished. I was going to play another ranked but i felt like i was too heated up to play properly so i decided to play a normal game, that's when i saw i had a chat ban... I finished that game, closed my game and opened it again to see the reason, there i see my chat log, and though i was not a good boy and maybe that's the reason why i got the chat ban, my team got nothing, i made sure to report them i got no notification for the chat ban or ban, they flamed the whole game, they said i should get a life (does this make any sense to you ?, to tell this to someone that his PC crashed, is that a reason to say this to anyone ?) They said i was trash i was whatever, just because my PC crashed!!!! They blamed me so much for being AFK 3 minutes they didn't realize we could have won! Of course no one could focus will all the flame, now i know for next time this people won't accept any reason they just want to blame someone for the game and not just focus and try to carry.

Since i don't have anything to hide i uploaded my chat messages to webpage (youtube doesn't want me to upload the video, it says it has the wrong format, though it's on .mp4), the link is posted here (mute the video, sorry for the music), would be great if riot could provide me with my team chat, so we can see what i'm talking about.

You can see there is another game on the chat ban info, it means this was not the only game i got banned for, on that game i was called "you're a nazi" and i said "i'm a black man nazi ?" How can i be nazi when i'm black my self, then i got heavily flamed by lee because he let me mid and i first picked vel'koz he decided it was me who had to be flamed and flamed me the whole game, then i got and argument with the enemy lee, and i didn't insult him or tell him anything to be a reason to be banned even though i was really heated up with the flame from my kha'zix, you can see at the end of the video i speak with this Lee, and i apologized to him for saying he was bad. But still is that a reason to get chat banned for 10 games ? Because if that's the reason okay i'm fine with that, but i want at least the same punishment for those who flamed me and actually insulted me, why i'm the one getting the ban for replying to the flamer ?
