Forced to Honor 1

There's not much that I need to say, that the title doesn't already express.

  • I played a game of League of Legends. I went into the game, flaunting my Honor 5 flare. . . and then left the game as Honor 1.

My team did nothing but call me a "%%%got", told me to uninstall, and say that I was better off having never existed.

Since Riot doesn't check reports sent by a single person, they'll probably never get punished. Though, because they wanted to report me (as a cohesive, four-man group) I now have honor rewards locked.

-- Way to go; great game, yo.

I'm sure you responded maturely and muted them and just played the game, right? You didn't stoop to their level or anything like that, right?

Wrong. That is how the Tribunal worked. The Tribunal has been kill for a while now. Automated system counts 1 the same as 9. Without people judging (Tribunal) there is no need to prioritize which reports get seen first anymore.

Though, because they wanted to report me (as a cohesive, four-man group) I now have honor rewards locked.

No, you have honor rewards locked because of what you said. The lack of logs means you know you were toxic and are just trying to use your team as a scapegoat. Side note: your last 5 games have been as a duo (or even trio!), did your buddies join in being toxic towards you or are you exaggerating things to make you look more the victim?

1 report = 4 reports. Rito will check every report EQUALLY regardless of whether a person is only reported by 1 person or 4 people. There is no such thing as "report weight" and 4 reports do not get you banned any faster than 1 report.

You got your honor rewards locked because you decided to add to the toxicity of the game.

Mute, play out the game, report, MOVE ON. ezpz.

so.. chatlogs?

Always a good sign when someone doesn't post the chatlogs.

It only takes one report to flag a game to get checked. The only way for you to get demoted to lvl 1 was because you were toxic enough to get punished. If people are being toxic do not respond with more toxicity.

I am pretty sure Riot would give you a reason why you got punished, better than "a premade squad reported you rip rewards". Which is something wrong you did, which you probably know since you didn't provide any screenshots.

I do know that it is annoying to play with premades whose only purpose is to annoy you, but try and not let them get under you skin. Mutes exist for a reason, do that! Put on some music maybe, it helps me chill out.

But no matter what you do, do not flame them back. It's the worse thing you can do since you have given them a reason to report you.

Take it easy, mute & report.

If you reported them, you probably all got banned.

If you flamed back and did not mute. Of course you got banned.

Have you not ever heard of the phrase, "Fighting fire with fire is worthless"?

Just because they flame you DOES NOT give you the right to flame back.

I also have nothing to hide. At the end of the day, it's a game. So, what benefit do I have trying to lie?

  • I managed to make it all the way to Honor Level 5.

I don't get why because I didn't think to take screenshots (because I didn't expect to be reported out of the blue), that I'm hiding something.

I don't understand how me not assuming that I'd be reported by them, and not taking preemptive screenshots, puts me in the wrong.

If there's a way to pull up chat logs post-game, I'll be willing to do it.

Not to mention, I did decide to mute them. The first person who decided to start being toxic was the ADC. I told them I was going to mute them, and then proceeded to do so. Following that, I went botlane to catch the massive wave. They flashed and ulted the wave, and I unmuted them to send a question mark. Most literally, as I unmuted them, I was called a F*ggot. I called them immature, and asked them to not take the game so seriously.

I was then told to uninstall, and that I was better off having been flushed down the toilet rather than born.

Their main reason for following me, and playing the game out for thirty minutes (even though we were painfully losing) was deny me as much CS as possible. They said I didn't deserve it, nor to win this game.

Again, if I'm able to post these logs after the game, I'll happily do so.
