warnings before being banned. Good idea?

This is just me going through random thoughts here, kinda, but uh shouldn't people get some type of warning or final warning about their poor play prior to some type of ban? I feel like one bad game should not be punished for something like 2 weeks just because someone had a horrible game from being put up against a couple of smurfs who destroyed the ENTIRE team. I mean to punish someone for having a single bad game for a duration of something like a month is a bit harsh. People are trolls here we all know that but these trolls are sometimes players intentionally being bad and sometimes its people picking on someone because they are having a bad game and can't let go. Has anyone mentioned leaving the game from having too harsh of a punishment or even a hastily given punishment without any chance of a defense being heard or am I the first?

As far as I know if you're banned for having a "bad game" then something is incredibly wrong here.

Riot bans inters. People who INTENTIONALLY grief the rest of their team and run it down, or intentionally feed deaths to the enemy team. These cases are usually manually reviewed and determined whether or not the player had a "bad game" or actually intentionally ruined the game for the rest of the players in the match.

No need to get a warning before a ban because if you're intentionally doing bad to cost the game for your teammates, you are aware of punishment that follows.

Riot will never ban bad play. If that were the case I'd have been banned months ago due to having loss streaks.

Your "warning" is either a chat restriction or, if you've done something more serious, a 2-week suspension.

You will never, ever, EVER get punished for having a bad game.

You will, if caught, get punished for intentional feeding. And you know what? Fuck any warnings for that shit. It would be a permaban if it was my decision.

Here's my idea for a warning: if you start flaming, the system removes your ability to chat. Pretty good way to warn you that your behavior is gonna net you a ban.

do you mean for feeding/"inting" or because of chat? if it's for chat than if you're being banned for two weeks right away you are using zero tolerance words/phrases and should know better

With the amount of bitching and complaining about Rito not punishing inters on this board and knowing Rito system is pretty cautious when banning people for inting, you're going to have to go into details regarding having that bad game. Rito doesn't ban you based on kda (just ask most people on this board). Your game play would have to be very suspiciously like an inter that leaves very little doubts to anyone who reviewed it to even get punished for game play offense.
